Initial Comments:
An off-site, state licensure follow-up survey conducted on March 14, 2023 found that Comprehensive Medical Home Care had corrected the deficiencies cited under 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a state re-licensure survey completed on January 20, 2023.
